Long time no see! How are you? Do you miss school? Do you miss your teachers? The truth is, I miss all of you and I hope class will start soon. When class starts, I can see all of you. I have a question for you; Are you studying English at home? Maybe it's difficult to study English by yourself. Don't worry, I will give some hints on how to make English fun at home.
1) Speak English with your family or friends- You can practice the textbook with your family or you can call your friends. ( You can video chat, too.)
2) Watch English movies to help your listening. For example: Do you like Toy Story 4? Do you like Star Wars?
Watch the movies in English! You have two choices.
A) Watch the movie twice. 1st= Watch the movie in Japanese. 2nd = Watch the movie in English. (No subtitles) You already watched in Japanese, so you understand.
B) Watch the movie in English only. (Subtitles are OK) Please try! It will help your listening.
3) Do you play video games? Many of you play video games. Do you know many video games have an English setting? Try to play favorite games in ENGLISH. It can help your reading. If you play Fortnite every day, you don't need Japanese. Try to play in English.
Remember, you can improve your English outside of school. Try to use English while doing things you like.
